Synopsis:
A violent gang of criminals take refuge in a Hong Kong apartment block- embarrassing the HKPD on local television by escaping from a whole battalion of police with ease.
Inspector Rebecca takes aim at the gang by sending SWAT into the building - complete with wireless cameras on their helmets. When the gang responds with their own images from inside the siege the war between police and criminals becomes a TV media war with both sides fighting for the best 'Breaking News' story
